FC Barcelona has entered into a partnership with Figueras Seating that will see the latter becoming the new VIP seating supplier to the Espai Barça project.

Figueras Seating specialises in fixed and mobile seating solutions and will have its designer seating used in the upgraded Camp Nou’s hospitality spaces. The deal with Barcelona runs from July 2025 to June 2027.

Espai Barça is the renovation project of the FC Barcelona’s facilities in the Les Corts neighbourhood and the Johan Cruyff Stadium at the Joan Gamper Sports City.

The Espai Barça project is set to facilitate the Camp Nou’s capacity increased from 98,000 to 105,000. It is also due to upgrade the stadium’s luxury offerings for fans, with the ability to accommodate for at least 9,400 premium supporters.

“The agreement with Figueras Seating is another example of the club’s commitment to building a new innovative stadium, which will offer the finest of experiences to all fans who come to Spotify Camp Nou to enjoy a match from the most premium seats,” said vice-president of marketing at FC Barcelona Juli Guiu.

“The VIP seats need to be as comfortable as possible in a facility that intends to offer such a revolutionary hospitality product and that aspires to become a benchmark in the world of sport and entertainment.”

The new Figueras seats are due to be made with sustainable materials and high-efficiency production techniques.

“Figueras Seating first worked with FC Barcelona in 1972, installing more than 60,000 seats,” said Iberian business development director at Figueras Seating Marta Ferrer.

“Since then, we have continued to work with the club, so we fully understand its evolution.

“Spotify Camp Nou poses a significant challenge, not only for the club, but also for us, as we must guarantee an excellent experience for members by offering maximum comfort in our VIP seats, which we have adapted to meet the expectations and requirements of the new space.”
